A man has cheated death after driving his car off the edge of a high-rise carpark in Austin, Texas.
A dramatic video shows the car dangling mid-air after it got caught on the garage’s high-tension wires.
The 24-year-old made a lucky escape from the suspended vehicle, climbing back into the building with the help of a bystander.
Witness Andrew Miller told news station KXAN he was getting food from a nearby cafe when he heard the commotion.
“The driver was still in the driver seat when I came outside,” Mr Miller said.
“It looked pretty dangerous even though it wasn’t swinging.”
Emergency crews were later able to lower the car to the ground.
